VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Hospitality Committee (a.k.a. Food Tent) – stages the ARA food tent and provides food for rowers and their families at regattas.

Land Supervision at the Boathouse – supervises the rowers and coxswains at the boathouse prior to practice.

Recruitment – facilitates the recruitment drives and open houses to recruit new members.

Maintenance – provides general maintenance of all rowing, trailer, and food tent equipment.

Fundraising – secures donations and facilitates fundraising opportunities for rowers and families.

Chaperoning – supervises rowers and coxswains at overnight hotel stays for regattas.

Sales Team – assists with securing corporate sponsors.

FUNDRAISING

Arlington Crew offers both individual and group fundraisers.

Individual Fundraisers – this benefits the individual rower. All of the profits will go into the rower’s individual account. This money may be used for registration, hotels, uniforms, and other Arlington Crew expenses.

Group Fundraiser– this will benefit the entire organization. All profits earned will go towards new equipment and organization expenditures.
